The enigmatic and exciting Rapper Sword dance makes a welcome return to Shooting Roots Towersey, lead by none other than the stunning and award-winning Gaorsach. No experience needed. All welcome. Ages 12-25

All welcome to have fun learning tunes, finding great riffs, and generally make a brilliant, celebratory, noise. Open to players of all instruments and abilities. Ages 12-25.

It’s Morris O’Clock! Morris is fun and energetic, a great way to get in the mood for the evening’s gigs. Nonesuch morris are an excellent new team from Bristol, and will be teaching you a few excellent steps, figures and dances. All welcome. Ages 12-25
Shooting Roots DJ Session
9.00-10.15pm
World music DJing comes to Shooting Roots! This is an informal session that offers you the chance to try out basic techniques under the guidance of some very special guests. Come to see what’s going on, have a go, or simply chill out while others get stuck in!
**On Friday this will be a special one-off with Jake and Dan:
Shooting Roots Appalachian
A one off workshop from those masters of fun and impressive footwork: Jake and Dan! All welcome for what will be a very entertaining, and no doubt educational workshop on the satisfying, rhythmic dance form that is Appalachian flatfooting. No experience needed, wear shoes with hard soles if possible. Ages 12-25
